Who we are
Par Crawl ("we", "us") provides a mobile app and related services for playing pub golf. You can reach us at hello@pubgolf.flavrapps.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, and the display name and avatar emoji you choose.
- Sign-in data: if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and (where you allow it) your email. We never receive your password.
- Game data: the crawls, courses, RSVPs and scores you create or take part in.
- Device data: a push-notification token if you opt in to notifications, and basic technical logs needed to run the service securely.
How we use it
We use your information only to operate the game: to authenticate you, run your crawls and leaderboards, deliver notifications you have asked for, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Other players in a crawl can see your display name, avatar, RSVP status and scores. Your email address is never shown to other players. We use a small number of service providers (hosting, and — only if you enable them — push notifications and email) who process data on our behalf under contract.
Your choices & rights
You can edit your profile, leave any crawl, and delete your account from within the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your data — email us to exercise them.
Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Par Crawl is strictly for adults of legal drinking age (18+). It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under that age.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above.
