Terms of Use

The rules of the clubhouse.

1. Acceptance

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Flavr Web Dev Ltd (company number 14994358, registered in England and Wales) ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Par Crawl. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Eligibility & responsible use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age where you live, if higher) to use Par Crawl. Par Crawl is a social scoring game. It does not require alcohol consumption and must never be used to pressure anyone into drinking, to drink to excess, or to engage in unsafe behaviour. You are solely responsible for your own conduct and wellbeing, and for complying with all local laws. Please read our responsible drinking guidance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Par Crawl to harass others, post unlawful, infringing or offensive content, impersonate anyone, break any law, or attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Memberships & payments

Par Crawl is free to play. The optional Clubhouse Pass unlocks additional features and is sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store in line with its policies.

6. Your content

You own the crawls, courses and content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store and display that content solely so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to share it.

7. Our intellectual property

The Par Crawl name, logo, app, design and software are owned by Flavr Web Dev Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

Par Crawl is provided "as is" and "as available" for entertainment, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from your night out, or from consuming alcohol. You assume all risk associated with drinking and with your own conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. We will update the date above when we change these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you additional rights.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the app. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
