1. Acceptance

By using Par Crawl you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & responsible use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age where you live, if higher) to use Par Crawl. Par Crawl is a social scoring game. It does not require alcohol consumption and must never be used to pressure anyone into drinking, to drink to excess, or to engage in unsafe behaviour. You are solely responsible for your own conduct and wellbeing, and for complying with all local laws. Please read our responsible drinking guidance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Par Crawl to harass others, post unlawful or offensive content, impersonate anyone, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Memberships & payments

Par Crawl is free to play. Optional paid memberships (the Clubhouse Pass) unlock additional features and are billed through your app store under its terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled; manage or cancel them in your app store account settings.

6. Content

You own the crawls and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you add.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Par Crawl is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from drinking. You assume all risk associated with consuming alcohol and with your night out.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
